So after finding
a nice host previously then turned very soul a
few months later down the track. Here is a good
impression.
I heard that myacen.com
was very good and recommended so I did my own
forum search to see if it was the case.
Guess now 12 hours
passed my signup, I have received all account
information was ready to go. I uploaded phpnuke
and got my site up after being down 3 days after
a move from a previous host, the speed was very
fast even though im in Australia compared to my
last host. Support was excellence, reply with
3 hours wasn’t uncommon at all – I
signed up when they only had like 2-3 servers
and now they have about 7 servers of customers,
they expanded into reselling and solidinternet.com
which is a leaf of myacen.com, cheaper plans but
no helpdesk support and only forum based support.
After such growth
you would think they would turn into a company
such as my last review about imhosted.com and
start to leave their good service in the dark
age. To my surprise support has stayed the same
and even better is when they upgraded their new
ticket support, much better appearance and it
came with a interface where you could see invoices
due and upcoming ones on nice calendar.
Robert and Carl were
the main common support staff (Robert being the
owner). Uptime has always been of 55 days+, you
could always depend on these guys to help you
with things – they installed such feathers
to the server on request and work with the customers
to ensure everything is working right and every
one is happy.
I even signed up
for another account because I was starting a hobbyist
aquarium related forum site; I wasn’t just
a customer number anymore. I was a name, my account
was activated 10mins after singing up because
I was an existing member that had account before
and they didn’t need me to prove so with
the extra credit card security checks.
I love these guys
but sadly I knew this day was coming (yesterday)
that I finally cancel one of my accounts with
them to move my site over to a dedicated server.
I still have another account with them which won’t
be moved over till later or use this as a backup
as I can trust the uptime of company.
My cancellation was
sent in this afternoon, wow I received a cancellation
confirmation 20mins later and a message asking
me for feed back, wishing me luck and hope I enjoyed
my stay with them. I’m very glad I used
them.
I give these guys
110% for Uptime! Customer service! And everything
a user could want in a host. Great stuff.
